We are delighted to announce that we will be flying in two Dance leaders from Arizona for this year’s camp. Shivadam and Sky both offer a profound wealth of experience in dance leadership and have collaborated and shared leadership at several camps, bringing great depth and joy to the circles. They also serve as musicians and in mentoring roles.

Shivadam has led at camps, events and retreats around the world, hosted a Dance camp for eight consecutive years and has been holding two weekly DUP/Zikr Zoom concentrations online for over four years. He manages both the North America and International DUP websites.

Sky Safir Roshay has been organizing Dance camps in the United States and Mexico since 1999.
Sky also facilitates “Deeper Dance” conversations at camps, where the synergistic wisdom of participants reveals wisdom about the energy and practice of the Dances, their role in our lives, and the way they can anchor spiritual truths into our way of being in the world and transform our reality.

Sky has been leading Dances at the Canyonlands/Paonia camps with Bernie Heideman for 25 years.

Together, Shivadam and Sky share leadership at the annual Catalina Retreat near Tucson AZ, and the annual Troncones Deepening Retreat (with Jen Friedman) in Mexico.

Camp Koolaree is a small, rustic, older scout camp, with the capacity for 60 campers. Everyone is welcome, whether you're an experienced traveller or if this camp is your first step, come take your place in the circle. Be prepared for joyous days filled with music and blessings washing over you while singing sacred phrases and mantras from many spiritual traditions.
